Ninfa's is a Houston Tex-Mex restaurant founded by Mama Ninfa Laurenzo in 1973, when she began serving tacos al carbon (fajitas) from her family's tortilla factory in the East End. The Original Ninfa's runs two Houston locations, on Navigation and in Uptown.
