Los Tios is a Tex-Mex restaurant group in the Houston area, started by the Garbett family in 1970 and bought by the Adair family in 2000. It says it introduced Houston's first frozen margarita in 1975 and is known for fajitas, enchiladas and its handmade puffy queso.
