Thanksgiving pre-order from Knives in Water (they pop up at Two Headed Dog). Today is the last day to order: DM @knives_in_water for details and pickup. The Thanksgiving meal, $150: a pecan wood smoked turkey (12 to 14 lbs) stuffed with aromatics, citrus, peppers and 4 sticks of Irish butter, collard greens (2 qts) braised with tomato and chicken fat, and honey butter cornbread (9). Just the bird: $120.
